Overview
SessionLayer relies on the providers below to run the service. Each receives only the information it needs for its purpose and processes it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. These providers are the subprocessors named in our Data Processing Addendum.
AI-assisted features currently run within SessionLayer and do not send booking details to an outside AI provider. If that changes, the provider will be listed here first.
A workspace member can connect SessionLayer to an AI assistant they choose, such as Claude or ChatGPT. That assistant then receives the bookings and client details the member asks it about. The assistant's provider works for that member under its own terms, not for SessionLayer, so it is not listed here. The same goes for connected products and webhook destinations a workspace chooses, such as StoryView.
