Visitors describe what they need in a sentence or two. The concierge suggests one of your services with a short reason. It only recommends what you actually offer, at the prices you set.
When a booking is confirmed, SessionLayer drafts a preparation brief with objectives and an agenda that fits the time. You review and approve it. Afterward, record the outcome, decisions and next steps in the same place.
Every session sits in one list with who booked, what they chose, whether they paid and when it starts. Open one to see its brief and the client’s answers, and act on it from there.
Open days stand out. Choose an empty day and the page says why, like “No sessions are offered on Saturdays,” with a jump to the next opening. Times show in the client’s time zone, with yours beside the time they choose.
Clients see the price, any deposit and your change terms before they book, then pay on Stripe Checkout. The time is held while they pay, so no one else can take it.
A booking is a promise to your client. These are the parts we made sure you never have to think about.
The database itself refuses two bookings for the same host at overlapping times, even when two clients click at once.

Sign in and start your subscription. Then, on one settings page, add your services with their prices and change rules, add your hosts and their weekly hours, and connect Google Calendar. Your booking page is ready to share as a link, and you can also embed it on your own website.
Clients pay through Stripe Checkout, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply. SessionLayer takes no commission on your bookings. Your only SessionLayer cost is your plan.

Google Calendar. SessionLayer checks each host’s busy times before offering a time, then adds the booking to the calendar with a Google Meet link. Other calendar providers are not supported yet.
Yes, within your rules. Every confirmation email includes a private link to manage the booking. For each service you choose whether clients can reschedule, cancel or both, and how long before the session online changes close. For paid services you choose what a client gets back when they cancel online: a full refund, a partial refund or none. It is shown on the booking page before they book, and a client who cancels online is refunded automatically. When you cancel a session yourself, you decide about the refund from your dashboard.
Your workspace data is stored in the United States and encrypted in transit and at rest. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers, and you can download all of your workspace data at any time. Read the details on our security page.
